Skoda Auto India Plans 10 New Vehicle Introductions in 2026


Record Growth in 2025

In 2025, Skoda Auto India recorded 72,665 units sold, marking a 107% growth year-on-year. The company also expanded its presence to 183 cities with over 325 customer touchpoints, strengthening both urban and semi-urban markets.

“If I were to sum up 2025 in one word, it would be transformative,” said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India.
“It marked 25 years of Skoda in India and also turned out to be our strongest year so far. More importantly, we have changed how we operate and how the brand is perceived.”


2026 Product Launch Strategy

For 2026, Skoda Auto India plans 10 product introductions, most of which will be model upgrades. These upgrades aim to:

  • Enhance key existing models
  • Introduce new features and refreshed designs
  • Expand market reach and improve customer experience

This roadmap reflects the company’s strategy to build on recent success, strengthen brand perception, and offer more innovative and premium mobility solutions to Indian customers.


Focus on Brand Transformation

Ashish Gupta emphasized that the past year has not only been about numbers but also about changing Skoda’s brand image in India. The focus has been on modernizing operations, improving customer touchpoints, and delivering a premium experience to buyers.

“We have redefined how the brand is perceived and how we engage with customers across India,” Gupta added.

With 10 new vehicle introductions lined up for 2026, Skoda Auto India aims to maintain growth momentum, continue expanding its footprint, and provide Indian car buyers with updated, feature-rich, and stylish vehicles.
